Venice Medium completely failing to respond

Lately, ever since the switch to Venice Medium (i.e. Mistral Small), it has been failing to run properly and has been performing inconsistently. I recently had to swap from ChatGPT to Venice.ai, so I made PDF chat records to feed into Venice so it knows the context. It would respond normally on Venice Small and Venice Large, but Venice Medium (my preferred favourite considering its responses) has been completely struggling to even respond after one or two prompts, resulting in a long time to respond before giving up and outputting an error: "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource".
