Centralized Billing and Account Management: Enable a team admin to pay for and manage API access for multiple users. Each team member would have their own individual account, but the admin can centrally allocate funds and oversee usage.

Fund Allocation for API Usage: Allow the administrator to allocate a specific amount of funds (in Diem or USD) to each team member’s account for API consumption. 

Auto-Top-Up Functionality: Provide an option for the admin to set up automatic monthly top-ups of allocated API funds for each team member, ensuring consistent access without manual intervention.
