Venice web is way too slow and expensive now

Guys, the Venice web app is getting unbearable. Almost every model takes 20+ seconds to respond, sometimes way longer. It's so laggy, I can't even use it properly anymore. The mobile app feels way faster for some reason. Why is the web version this bad? At $18 a month plus credits, this isn’t worth it. I'm done!! Switching to PewDiePie's Odysseus self-hosted setup. It's literally 20% the cost and replies instantly.

Do better Venice, this is so bad.
