Venice.AI should know about it's own gui

Venice.ai should be aware of it’s own operations and it’s own gui instead of referencing how chatgpt operates.  Venice doesn’t seem to realize it is venice, or how venice works EXACTLY, often referring me to contact support for a BASIC operational question venice SHOULD know.  should know it’s own gui and functionality BETTER than the other search engines!
