Venice's account on Mastodon (or Matrix Chat)

It would be nice to be able to follow Venice from federated networks like Mastodon or Matrix to not rely on centralized services that may not respect privacy, like X, Instagram, Discord, etc.

More freedom would be gained by not sticking to the censorship rules of these platforms, plus, other things could happen later on like, asking users for a Digital Identity (Digital ID).

This feedback goes hand in hand with Venice's ideology of privacy and resistance to censorship.

Hi, I wrote this Feedback and I have an update.

Due to the events with the Gab social network, where they now block access to users who use VPN or Proxy (with the exception of Pro users), it made me doubt whether Mastodon is the best option.

That is why I better suggest a Venice account on Nostr, because it is much more resistant to censorship than Mastodon thanks to the Relays, and it is more likely that in the future it will be more difficult to block access via VPN or Proxy thanks to them (the Relays), in addition to other promising features.
