Video generation inaccuracies

There are times - some worse than others - when a video generation prompt is misunderstood or worse, generates things within the content that are totally out of place. (In the enclosed video, her vagina turns into a penis.) We're stuck paying for content that is useless. We should have a trash-or-cash option: review the content and if you keep it you're charged, but if you reject it it gets deleted permanently.
