Me quitaste los créditos y luego dijiste que los vídeos no se podían hacer.   Pero no me devolviste los créditos.   No es justo.

Vous avez pris mes crédits, puis vous avez dit que les vidéos ne pouvaient pas être réalisées.   Mais vous n'avez pas restitué mes crédits.   Ce n'est pas juste.
